We’re currently looking for a high caliber professional to join our team as **Officer, Ops Sup Analyst 2 - C10 - Hybrid** (Internal Job Title: Ops Sup Analyst 2 - C10 - **C10**) based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. **In this role, you’re expected to**:

- Responsible for business & data analysis to support the business nature / process. This process will involve review and understand data elements, manage raw data source files, convert raw data source files to system input files (predefined system format)
- Responsible to identify data source issues if any and proactively work with business units and technology teams to ensure no impact to the business operations
- Provide data consultation services to business users and technology teams to support operation functions
- Document exception findings, tracking of corrective actions
- Prepare trend analysis and surveillance reports for management reporting
- Continuously seek process improvement to enhance efficiency of the surveillance monitoring process, and to address process / compliance gaps
- Provide backup to other team members in their absence
- Review and update of policies and unit procedures
- Implement processes and procedures according to the business / compliance requirement.
- A person in this role has a passion to work with business and technology in automating manual processes and building digital solution for the business users. He/she is methodical, analytical, open minded and able to meet project timeline / SLA.
- SQL query skill set is mandatory.
- VBA, Python skill set is highly desirable.
- 4 to 6 years relevant experiences in banking technology / business analysis field
- Able to write VBA code to automate manual reports / processes
- Good understanding of Big Data solution / related knowledge would be an advantage
- Good understanding of audit and compliance functions in banking industry
- Able to write python code, good understanding python pandas/NumPy module is an added advantage.
- Good understanding of wealth management products (Investment, Insurance and FX product
