- 參與公司的所有活動並執行必要的任務,為公司的整體成功做出貢獻

**人力資源助理**
- 協助招募相關活動,例如過濾、安排和進行虛擬面試和麵對面面試
- 準備面試所需的所有相關文件
- 發佈內容並管理公司的社群媒體帳號和招募平台
- 僅在公司要求的情況下參加培訓和發展課程
- 協助新進員工入職培訓

**要求:**
- 具備擔任執行秘書或類似行政職務的豐富經驗,至少 1 年經驗。
- MS Office 中的 Excel
- 熟悉辦公室管理和基本會計程序以及相關行業的技術詞彙。
- 具有基本研究方法和報告技術的經驗。
- 較強的組織和時間管理能力。
- 優秀的溝通和談判能力。
- 誠信和保密。
- 至少擁有工商管理或相關領域的文憑或學士學位
