**Omakase Sushi Chef (Japanese National)**
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Support the Japanese national Sushi Executive Chef to lead the sushi bar operation for the opening of the Michelin Starred Omakase Sushi-kappo restaurant
- Responsible for ensuring food quality, hygiene and work place safety established standards are achieved
- Assist for menu planning and recipe development
- Responsible for inventory management
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Diploma in Culinary is an added advantage
- Proven track record of similar role in a five star hotel or reputable Michelin Starred /Black Pearl Japanese restaurant
- Excellent in Omakase Sushi production and preferred Japanese National
- Computer literate
- Fluent in Japanese, English or Chinse
- Less experience can be Chef de Cuisine or Sous Chef
Pay: RM22,882.00 - RM40,044.00 per month
