**Join the Largest Ultra-Luxurious cinema in Southeast Asia** **You will play an important role in**: the **first point of contact with** the customers by providing excellent customer service and enriching cinematic experience to our customers through these roles & responsibilities:

- Welcome and greet guests warmly, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
- Present menus and suggest in-house specials to enhance the dining experience.
- Take food and beverage orders, providing recommendations and answering questions.
- Merchandise menu items effectively, including appetizers, entrees, beverages, and desserts.
- Enter orders accurately and communicate them clearly to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Set tables properly and deliver food and beverages promptly to guests.
- Maintain clean service areas and ensure tables are presented well.
- Check back with guests after food delivery to ensure satisfaction and promptly address any additional needs.
- Follow billing procedures accurately and process payments, including credit card charges.
- Bid farewell to departing guests, ensuring satisfaction and inviting them to return.
- Perform shift changes, opening, and/or closing duties, and complete administrative tasks as assigned.
- Monitor service quality, promptly address issues, and implement corrective actions as needed. Act as a point of contact for customer feedback, prioritizing guest satisfaction.
- Assist in monitoring and managing inventory levels for smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during service.
- Foster positive guest relations through interactions and effective problem-solving.
- Participate in training programs for personal and team development.
- Attend shift briefings according to the schedule.

Perform any other duties assigned from time to time and adhere to company rules and regulations.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

- Minimum age of 21 years old.
- Minimum SPM or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
- Experience in fine dining restaurants is advantageous.
- Preferably experienced in cash handling procedures.
- Passionate in the entertainment industry
- Service-oriented & able to multi-task
- Ability to work well with others
- Able to perform rotating shifts including public holidays, weekends and beyond midnight (late shift up to 4am)

**Salary**: From RM2,200.00 per month
