**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the coordination of administrative functions
- Responsible for office maintenance
- Arrange travel and meetings
- Coordinate office equipment purchase with project site staff
- Maintain office storage records
- Supervise staff moving documents from the office to store and disposing of old documents
- Manage company properties, such as paying utility bills and handing over keys to property agents

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
