Finance & Human Capital Executive

To be responsible for the Accounting, Finance, Taxation and company Administration matters assigned.
- Able to handle full set accounts.
- To maintain a proper record of all accounting documents and ensure adherence to statutory
- requirements and the accounting standards.
- Ensure timely and accurate recording of entries into MYOB & SQL.
- Processing Payments and Receipts (Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable).
- Monitoring income, expenses and cash flow.
- Handling operational issues.
- Perform banking related transactions.
- Produce monthly and adhoc finance and accounting reports.
- Participating in continuous improvement and process re-engineering projects.
- On occasion, for the benefit of the company you may be required to undertake other duties as required by management.
- Assisting with the day-to-day efficient operations of the Human Resource and Shared Service team.
- Maintaining personnel filing system and update personnel records for staff (paper and
- electronic).
- Responsible for the accuracy of employee data records in the Human Resource Database
System.

- Record data and keep track of address changes, changes in job titles, benefits, and salaries in the Human Resource System and individual personal file.
- Record and update of leave records for all staff in the organization.
- Manage employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
- Implementation of policies and procedures and practices in compliance to legal and market practices.
- Sit in the interviewing and exit interview of staff whenever necessary.
- Responsible for various Human Resource reporting to the Management.
- On occasions, for the benefit of the Company, you may be required to undertake other duties as required by management.
- All other work & business related matters as required by the management.
**Requirements**:
- Must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree, Professional Certificate in Accounting/Human Resource /Business and any other related studies
- At least 1 years of Experience in the related field is required
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, and English
- Must possess own transport
- Willing to work in Seri Kembangan
- Good interpersonal skills, presentation skills, and communication skills
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
