**Responsibilities**:

- In plan, organize and execute the requirements of the HR & Admin Dept
- Manage the payroll administration of the Company and all statutory requirements pertaining to EPF, SOCSO, HRDF & Income Tax.
- Maintain HR database and manage the HR System
- Ensure governance of staff benefits and compensation
- In charge of formulating and implementating Company policies and procedures and ensuring staff compliance to such policies/procedures and rules and regulations.
- Take charge of staff complaints and grievances, handling all disciplinary matters, conduct disciplinary enquirers and domestic inquiry
- To check and verify staff claims
- Advise the management on issues/staff matters relating to labour law/employment act.
- To perform any other duties as and when directed by Managing Director and the Management.

**Job Requirements**
- Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Malay
- A minimum of 5 years of working experience in Human Resource generalist and managerial role, ideally from F&B or manufacturing industry.
- Strong in Labour Law and Industrial Act
- Required skills: MS Office, Payroll software (HR2000)
- Hands-on knowledge in HR Operations
- Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
