We are looking for a Human Capital Assistant (contract 6 months) to be part of our team. The job responsibilities are as follow:
**Job Descriptions**:

- Assist in recruitment including phone interview and interview arrangement.
- Assist in administration and documentation task in the department.
- Assist various in-house and external learning and development programs.
- Assist in staff onboarding program and conduct briefing.
- Assist in APC renewal documentation.
- Performing any ad-hoc tasks assigned by superiors and/or the Management whenever required.

**Job Requirements**:

- Possess at least Diploma in Human Resources Management/Business Admin/ Management or equivalent.
- Good in Microsoft Powerpoint, Word and Excel.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Able to work longer hour if necessary.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: From RM2,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
