- Maintain and update filing, inventory, manually or using a computer.
- Data entry
- Recording and update daily production report.
- Photocopying and scanning documents and forms
- Hard working, willing to learn and **able to work under pressure**:
- Do office ad-hocks task
- **Basic knowledge of HR will be priorities (staff attendance & salary calculation & OT calculation)**:
- **back up at production site (when needed)**:
- **6 working days (9:30AM - 6:00PM) or (10:00AM - 6:30PM)**:
