Worker HR Management Executive

**Responsibilities**
**(1)** **Compensation & Benefits Management for DL workers**:
- To provide hands-on administrative support which include filing, drafting letters, and maintaining solid HR database and employee information inclusive of the employees’ personal details, compensation, benefits and career progression records.
- Administer for DL workers medical claim, Panel Clinic, corporate rate and etc.
- To handle DL workers medical insurance (eg. GPA, GHS, GTL) administration.
- To Maintain and ensure DL workers documentation & personal file are well organized, kept up-to date and follows and regulation of the company and ensure its confidentiality.
- Supporting the pre-boarding, on-boarding, transfer and leaver process for payroll.
- Prepare SOCSO documentation for accident cases and submit to SOCSO department for claims
**(2) Performance Review of DL workforce**:
- Administer the yearly performance review activities and report compilation of DL workers
- Preparation of relevant document and official letter in line with promotion, salary adjustment, bonus payout etc
**(3) Employee Discipline**:
- Assist in drafting disciplinary letter for DL workers.
**(4) Orientation**:
- To ensure all equipment, tools & documents are prepared prior the orientation.
- To conduct DL worker orientation/briefing sessions.
**(5) Foreign Worker Cash Advance Management**:
- Planning & monitoring for cash advance, mid-month & month end salary allocation.
- Ensure cash advance deliver on time.
**(6) General**:
- Handling and monitoring of payment order.
- Worker communication for example drafting company memo.
- Involve in improvement activities in HR functions.
**Qualification**
**Education**:Possessed at least a Degree in HRM/Business studies,
**Experience**:At least 2 years related working experience.
**Skills**:Must have the knowledge and well versed in Employment Law & Regulations of Malaysia
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
**Salary**: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
