**Job Responsibility**
**(1)** **Compensation & Benefits Management**
- Administer and update worker database (OT, medical claim, panel clinic) timely and accurately into HRMS.
- To handle workers medical insurance (eg. GPA, GHS, GTL) administration.
- To maintain workers documentation & personal file and ensure its confidentiality.
- To maintain employee profile at HRMS to ensure information are updated on timely Basis
- Supporting the pre-boarding, on-boarding, transfer and leaver process for payroll.
**(2) Employee relation**
- Responsible to organize wellness, welfare and employee relation activities in order to ensure that employees will unite/bond and develop camaraderie among themselves.
- Handling worker disciplinary Management, drafting letters, and maintaining disciplinary record.
**(3) General**
- Assist in day-to-day operations of the department functions and duties
- Provide clerical and administrative support, inclusive compiling and updating personnel records
**Job Requirements**
- At least 2 - 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position and fresh graduate are acceptable.
- Well verse in labor law and government statutory requirements.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimum supervision
- Can start work immediately will be added advantage.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
