**Key Responsibilities**:
**Talent Acquisition & Management**:Spearhead the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless integration of new hires in line with our company standards.

**Employee Onboarding**: Facilitate a welcoming and informative onboarding experience while ensuring adherence to our Employee Handbook.

**Performance Management**: Oversee the monitoring and analysis of KPIs across all departments, collaborating with leaders to maintain a high-performance workforce.

**Performance Improvement Plans (PIP)**: Skillfully manage and execute PIP for underperforming staff, maintaining a clear focus on the company's objectives.

**Advocacy for Company Interests**: Make decisions that prioritize the company's interests, ensuring that employee relations are balanced with the company’s goals.

**Discipline Enforcement**: Vigilantly uphold the company's disciplinary standards and work culture, addressing any issues with appropriate measures.

**Employee Surveillance**: Remain proactive in identifying and reporting any concerns or irregularities that could impact the company.

**Team Building Initiatives**: Devise and implement team-building activities to foster a motivated and cohesive workforce.

**Termination Management**: Take decisive action in terminating employment when necessary due to underperformance or disciplinary issues.

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with a focus on performance management and employee relations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven track record in managing comprehensive HR responsibilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to enforce rules with empathy.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- In-depth understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Certification in Human Resources
