Responsible for maintaining the CEOM’s electronic dairy/calendar system, undertaking a full range of daily, weekly and monthly reminders, and follow-ups regarding operational matters related to the CEO.
- Making travel arrangements for CEO offices and special visitors if required.
- Formulating and maintaining a well-organized paper and electronic filing system for document control to ensure easy retrieval and maintain confidentiality of sensitive documents.
- Assisting in drafting and maintaining the confidentiality of memos/letters. Circulating documents to relevant parties with adequate tracking and ensuring document security and confidentiality are maintained. Maintaining liaison with dispatch staff on dispatching of mail
- Assisting in the compilation of reports, presentation slides, updating of training materials and etc.
- Coordinating and scheduling events/projects, conferences, meetings, or appointments, including booking resources, sending invites, compiling agendas, and taking meeting minutes. Ensuring circulation of approved minutes to the department and effective filing for ease of retrieval.
- Attending phone calls and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Managing projects at the administration office, including but not limited to cost containment initiatives.
- Assisting in preparation of data and information to support the budgeting and forecasting activities of the department.
- Accurately compiling and submitting departmental reports on time.
- Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by CEO

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field is required.
- Proven experience in administrative, finance, or similar roles is essential.
- Must demonstrate the ability to handle multiple tasks and make appropriate decisions in difficult situations.
- Strong computer and data management skills are necessary.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
- Good listening, communication, and organizational skills are a must.
- High levels of responsibility and reliability are expected.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
