RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To view the occupancy forecast for the next 3 days and group arrival, to highlight the need to review manning.
- To report work orders still pending after a week.
- To record daily attendance in the Smart manager & update such as mc, annual leave, public holidays and overtime on a daily basis.
- To prepare Medical & Leave forms for weekly submission to Human Resources.
- To consolidate weekly Training records for submission to L&D
- Take immediate corrective action and ensure that such complaints/compliments are passed through Manager.
- To assist in raising Purchase request & Internal transfers.
- To report any accidents, which may occur to Manager and Duty Manager. Ensure that all accidents are logged and adhered to as per policies accident requirements.
- To handle and store any lost and found articles handed in to housekeeping in accordance to the set policies and procedures.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,600.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
