Talent Acquisition Executive

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection process such as screening, shortlisting, interviewing, selection, offering, preparation, and administering the signing of contracts.
- Discuss with the hiring manager to prepare the job descriptions and understand the hiring requirements
- Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
- Coordinate for employees' onboarding and off-boarding processes.
- Report to management and provide decision support through hiring updates.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout the recruitment processes such as background checking, etc
- Deep understanding of HR country policy and able to advise the management
- Support and advise the regional HR team to manage your own country’s HR formalities, labour laws queries, and mandatory employee benefits such as public holiday calendars, leave entitlement, etc
- Assist to compute manpower indicators and conduct data analysis for management update/ decision making
- Assist in training activities and projects of the employees
- Support employee engagement activities in the company
- Measure employee retention and turnover rates
- Respond to external/internal requests for information
- Perform human resource Master Data changes in line with compliance, data privacy, and service levels requirements
- Deal with employee requests regarding your own country Human Resource issues, rules, and regulations
- Send daily hiring update report to the Recruitment Manager
- Send monthly recruitment budget report to the Recruitment Manager on the last working date of the month.
- Assist in other assigned duties as required and Ad-hoc task as per assign by the management.
**SKILLS**
- Proven working experience as a Global Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist.
- People-oriented and results-driven.
- Demonstrable experience with hiring portals and sourcing tools
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
- Ability to multi-tasking, confident, meticulous, and have excellent communication skills in managing all stakeholders, including senior management.
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, persuasion, and presentation skills
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- Proven track record of success in achieving KPI
- Knowledge of labour law and HR best practices
- Ability to multi-task and be a Team player
- Ability to work in a fast-paced working environment
- Good interpersonal skills
**ESSENTIAL CRITERIA**
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in Recruitment or Human Resource and other related areas
- Experience in liaising with and managing international clients
- Deep understanding of end-to-end recruitment process
- Fluent in English
- Work on routine tasks and provide system support to users.
- Willing to work in different time zone for hiring purposes.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
Pay: From RM4,000.00 per month
