Office Administrator

**Job Role**:
- Assist in administration functions and documentation duties
- Data Entry and simple accounting entries
- Oversees daily support activities
- Ensures completion of all administrative tasks
- Answering, screening and forwarding incoming phone calls
- Identifies key areas of improvement and coordinates with executive management and other managers to plan administrative processes, establishes guidelines, and implements protocols.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in both spoken and written English & Mandarin
- Minimum of 1 year experience in administrative management
- Having knowledge in account and payroll will be added advantage
