As our Sales Team Manager, you'll be a strategic driver of our revenue growth. You'll coach, mentor, and motivate a talented team of sales representatives, setting them up for success in exceeding targets and building lasting client relationships. **Key Responsibilities**
- **Lead and Motivate**: Provide strategic direction, coaching, and mentorship to your sales team, fostering a high-performance culture that not only meets, but also exceeds sales targets.
- **Drive Revenue Growth**: Develop and execute strategic sales plans, analyzing data and market trends to optimize performance and achieve ambitious growth goals.
- **Build Client Relationships**: Empower your team to cultivate strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their success with Kazehi Global's services.
- **Forecast and Analyze**: Develop accurate sales forecasts and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and capitalize on opportunities.
- **Collaboration and Communication**: Foster strong communication and collaboration within the sales team and across departments to ensure seamless client experience.

**Requirements**:

- BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field
- Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at C-Level targets
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Proficient with Google Workspace
- 2 months probation before confirmation
- Override commission scheme

**Work Location**: Changi Airport Terminal 3

**Work Style**:Hybrid - In person & WFH (2-3 days in office, depending on work load & meetings)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:
