Tiktok Operation Executive

**Requirements**

**Minimum 2-3 years of experience**
- Familiar with TikTok Platform and Algorithm
- Able to commute to workplace with public transport or own transportation
- Problem-solving, creative, friendly, and a team player.
- Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Capable of working the night shift from 1:00 pm to 10:00 pm.

**Responsibility**
- Analyzing and optimizing spending for day-to-day operations and campaigns.
- Collecting and consolidating data to support analysis and reporting.
- Assisting team such as report translation.
- Manage and maintain multiple brands' and TikTok account. (Live stream, video, shop, ads and affiliates)
- Analyzing tiktok platform data, monitor account performance, develop and execute strategies.
- Prepare SOP to maintain operational flow.
- Participate in the business development process including pitching new clients.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive schedule for live hosts, considering peak viewing times and audience demographics.
- Coordinate with live hosts to ensure they are available and prepared for their scheduled live sessions.
- Resolve scheduling conflicts and make adjustments as needed.
- Monitor live host performances during live broadcasts, ensuring they engage with the audience effectively.
- Analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) such as viewer engagement, conversion rates, and sales revenue.
- Provide feedback and guidance to live hosts to enhance their performance.
- Compile daily and monthly sales statistics for each live host, tracking their revenue generation.
- Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, highlighting trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Work closely with live hosts to develop strategies for increasing audience engagement during live sessions.
- Ensure that live hosts have the necessary equipment, software, and technical support for smooth live broadcasts.
- Troubleshoot technical issues in real-time to minimise disruptions during live sessions.
- Maintain open and regular communication with live hosts to address their concerns, suggestions, and feedback.
- Act as a liaison between live hosts and the company, conveying any company updates, policies, or changes.
- Ensure that live hosts adhere to TikTok's guidelines and community standards.
- Stay updated on TikTok's policies and regulations and educate live hosts on compliance.
- Preparation before live broadcast: Ensure that the live broadcast equipment and network connection are normal, check whether the equipment and software in the live broadcast room are updated, check the layout and furnishings of the live broadcast room, ensure that the live broadcast environment is clean and tidy, and prepare gifts, rewards and other interactive props.
- Interaction management: Responsible for managing interactive content in the live broadcast room, such as comments, barrages and gift rewards. Field control needs to review and screen these contents to ensure that the content in the live broadcast room is positive, healthy and orderly.
- Marketing planning: Responsible for planning and implementing marketing activities in the live broadcast room to improve the exposure and fan interaction of the live broadcast room. This may include event promotion, special guest invitations, etc.
- Data analysis: Monitor live broadcast data, analyze live broadcast effects and user feedback, summarize and make suggestions for improvement.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
