MED (Merchant Ecosystem Development), are a team of 60 TikTok Shop frontliners who primarily handle various aspects of the Seller journey. This includes merchant Acquisition, Incubation, Education, Engagement, and also TikTok Shop Partners & Vendors (TSP) management. We work closely with Sellers and Merchants to help them onboard smoothly and improve their performance, then graduate to higher tiers within TTS. Our team also handles external speaking, training and engagement events, and works with the Government and other related corporations on all related partnerships, in order to build solid grassroot foundations for the local community, and maintain a healthy revenue inflow for our MY operations. In this role you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and execution of our partnership agreements and partnered events. You will work closely with our partners, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure the smooth implementation and operation of partnerships and CSR programs. This role requires a combination of project management, relationship-building, and operational excellence to achieve successful outcomes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Partnership Execution: Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of partnership agreements, including onboarding processes, program implementation, and ongoing operations
- Operational Efficiency: Streamline partnership operations by developing and implementing efficient processes, workflows, and systems. Continuously identify opportunities for improvement
- Partnerships Beneficiary Performance Monitoring: Arrange resources to guide sellers in business strategy on the platform and offer continuous support within specified period. Track and analyze seller performance metrics and develop action plans and recommendations for underperforming sellers to help them improve and grow with the incubation department. Collaborate with internal teams to plan marketing campaigns based on partnership objectives
- Data and Reporting: Collect and analyze data related to partnership performance, providing regular reports and insights to internal and external stakeholders. Work closely with Partnerships and Campaign Managers to redeem and claim revenue from partners towards the end of the specified partnership period. Communicate project progress, challenges, and updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment with business goals
- Problem Resolution: Address operational challenges, troubleshoot issues, and find creative solutions to maintain the integrity of partnerships
- Budget Management: Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficient resource utilization. Monitor expenses and identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising project quality
- Continuous Improvement: Evaluate project outcomes and conduct post-project reviews to identify areas for improvement

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Design Thinking, Marketing, Finance, or related fields (Master's degree a plus)
- Proven experience in end to end e-commerce related project management role
- Strong understanding of social commerce and e-commerce MSME landscape in Malaysia
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances
- Proficiency in relevant software tools and platforms
- High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Have a certain understanding of social media, online marketing, livestream e-commerce
