About the team
Creator Team will drive the growth of TikTok Shop by working closely with the creators. In this role, you are required to acquire, incubate and nurture the creators for TikTok Shop

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategies to build a competitive creator incentive policy structure tailored to the MY market, aligning creator capabilities with platform objectives.
- Weekly monitoring of policy budget utilization and target attainment, identifying gaps and opportunity to refine strategies.
- Weekly competitor data mapping, external environments, and consumer demand to create attractive platforms that attract and retain merchants and customers.
- Lead matchmaking projects, fostering strong relationships between AM/CMs by conducting bi-weekly meetings and project updates; Deliver end-to-end matchmaking results;
- Work closely with the creator strategy team, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
- Monitor and adjust strategies in real-time to respond to dynamic market conditions and platform analytics.

**Qualifications**:
Minimum Qualification
- Minimum Bachelor's degree or above, over 3 years of experience in e-commerce or technology company operations.
- Possesses clear strategic thinking and logical reasoning abilities, capable of effective planning, analysis, and problem-solving.
- Has a global perspective, is structured and organized, with experience in end-to-end project management across different scales (including planning, identifying opportunities and issues, risk management, and process optimization).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with project management skills

Preferred Qualification
- Preferably a background in strategy and project management, with strong data skills.
- Deep understanding of online marketing trends and influencer marketing strategies.
- Great experience in B2B Market
