Direct report to Directors.
- Organize and manage the director’s calendar, including arranging appointments, meetings, conferences, and personal engagements. Ensure the calendar is up-to-date and well-coordinated to maximize time efficiency.
- Assist in Managing various project and task on behalf of the principal. Prioritize assignments, set deadlines, and follow up to ensure completion within designated timeframes.
- Maintain confidential files, records, and databases. Gather and organize relevant information for meetings and presentations.
- Interface with other team members, clients, vendors, and partners on behalf of the principal, maintaining a professional and approachable demeanour.

**; Requirements**:
- Proficient in using productivity software and tools, such as Microsoft Office, Scheduling apps, Communication platforms.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience as Personal Assistant or in Admin Department.
- Required skill(s): Basic accounting knowledge, Business Management Skill.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Capable to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel as and when required.
- Discretion and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
- Willingness to work outside standard hours when necessary.
