Executive, IT Service Management

To work on the IT service management and operational support handling.
- To conduct the Change Request meeting.
- To review and record the request of the Change Listing.
- To coordinate and standby to perform the Change promotion / deployment.
- To coordinate, escalate and follow-up on critical issues on helpdesk ticketing.
- Slides preparation and analysis and reporting and technical writing skills.
- Understanding of end-to-end IT Operations and how IT interfaces with business.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT or similar environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate technical concepts in a simple and straightforward manner.
- Basic knowledge of principles and methodologies of Change and Incident
Management.
- Able to work well with all levels of professionals in an organization.
Good team player and able to operate independently.
