**Position Overview**: HR Operation Generalist is responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of various HR functions, including learning and development, employee engagement, and resource planning. This role requires a proactive and strategic approach to managing HR processes, ensuring compliance with policies, and contributing to a positive and productive work environment.

**Location**: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Learning and Development**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to enhance employee skills and career development.
- Assess training needs through surveys, performance reviews, and consultation with managers.
- Coordinate and deliver training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
- Manage the learning management system (LMS) and maintain accurate training records.
- **Employee Engagement**:

- Design and implement initiatives to improve employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Conduct regular surveys to gauge employee morale and gather feedback.
- Organize events and activities that foster a positive company culture and enhance team cohesion.
- Develop communication strategies to keep employees informed and motivated.
- Address employee concerns and work with management to resolve issues promptly and effectively.
- Boost brand recognition and enhance employer branding.
- Promote the career platform to encourage employee reviews and feedback.
- Develop posts on CSR activities, project teams, promotions, successes, employee quotes, internal events, and consulting life insights.
- Increase engagement and communication through the Yammer platform.
- **Resource Planning**:

- Collaborate with Business Unit Heads, Line Managers and Project Managers to forecast workforce needs and develop staffing plans.
- Analyse workforce data to identify trends and make informed decisions about resource allocation.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition team to ensure timely and effective hiring.
- Monitor and report on key HR metrics, such as turnover rates and employee retention.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in HR operations, with a focus on learning and development, employee engagement, and resource planning.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and legal regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Creative and strategic thinking skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams across the APAC region.
- Proficiency in HR software and learning management systems (LMS).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
