_**Responsibilities**:_
1. Social Media Reposting:
- Regularly repost and share marketing content related to HR & Payroll systems on various social media platforms.
- Engage with the online community, responding to comments and inquiries related to our products.
2. Cold Calling:
- Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients to introduce our HR & Payroll systems.
- Schedule appointments for product demonstrations with interested prospects.
3. Canvassing:
- Actively engage in canvassing activities to identify and approach potential leads.
- Distribute promotional materials and gather contact information for follow-up.
4. Support to Sales Team:
- Assist the sales team in coordinating and scheduling client meetings and product demonstrations.
- Provide administrative support to ensure smooth sales operations.
5. Training and Development:
- Participate in internal training sessions to enhance knowledge of HR & Payroll systems.
- Stay informed about product updates to effectively communicate features to potential clients.
- **Performance Metrics**:_
1) Social Media Reposting:
- Share and repost HR & Payroll systems-related content at least 3 times per week.
- Conducting Ad-hoc task given by Sales Manager timely manners
2) Cold Calling:
- Gradually increase outbound cold calls, starting from 20 per day in the 1st, with a target of 50 per day by the 3rdmonth (Every Monday, Wednesday & Friday)
- Track and aim for a 5% conversion rate from cold calls to scheduled product demonstrations.
3) Canvassing:
- Engage in canvassing activities to reach a minimum of 20 potential leads per week initially, increasing to 30 per week by the third month.
- Strive for a conversion rate of 10% from canvassing leads to scheduled product demonstrations.
**Requirements**:
- No prior sales experience required; training will be provided.
- Enthusiastic and positive attitude.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms.
