- Minimum education level: SPM or higher
- At least 1 year of experience in the call center industry
- Familiarity with the online game *Hoyoverse - Genshin Impact (minimum Level 20)*
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin and English *Working Hours:*
- 24/7 rotational shifts
- 9-hour shifts, including a 1-hour break
- 5 working days with 2 days off *Job Type:* Permanent Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: RM4,100.00 - RM4,700.00 per month Benefits:
