**Location**: KL Sentral
- Address players' in-game inquiries and provide effective solutions.
- Resolve complaints, suggestions, and consultations related to the game.
- Engage with players to collect feedback and enhance their overall satisfaction.
- Monitor and report any game anomalies or issues.
- Work closely with technical teams to resolve issues promptly.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum education level: SPM or higher
- At least 1 year of experience in the call center industry
- Familiarity with the online game **Hoyoverse - Genshin Impact**:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

**Working Hours**:

- 24/7 rotational shifts
- 9-hour shifts, including a 1-hour break
- 5 working days with 2 days off

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: RM3,800.00 - RM4,700.00 per month
