Work closely with superior to oversee daily business operation
- Responsible to carry out system process for the following:
a) Purchase Order

b) Invoice, Credit Note and Debit Note

c) Stock Count

d) Customer Data Entry

c) Billing and Shipment
- Answer departmental phone calls and organize meeting and appointments
- Assist in generating report or departmental report preparation
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Handle departmental correspondence and prepare communication, as and when needed
- Receive, sort and distribute incoming mails.
- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, binding, scanning and etc.
- Housekeeping to ensure cleanliness
- Any other tasks as assigned from time to time.

**Qualification**
- SPM / STPM
- Good in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
- Knowledgeable and experience using AX System will be added value

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
