**职位概述**

负责主动招揽和管理团体/餐饮相关机会。管理未由活动预订中心处理的团体/餐饮机会。积极向上销售每个商业机会,以最大限度地提高收入。实现个人和团队相关的收入目标。确保业务及时、正常运转,以妥善交付服务。负责通过在每次客户体验中提供卓越的服务,提升客户忠诚度。为客户提供服务,以代表公司发展更多客户。

**教育和经验要求**
- 高中文凭或高中同等学历 (GED);2 年销售与营销、宾客服务、前台或相关专业领域工作经验。

或者
- 在经认可的大学取得工商管理、市场营销、酒店和餐厅管理或相关专业的两年制学位;不要求工作经验。

**核心工作活动**

**了解市场并最大限度提高收入**
- 识别新团体/餐饮业务,以实现个人和酒店收入目标。
- 了解整体市场 - 竞争对手的优势和劣势、经济趋势、供求关系等,并了解如何针对这些因素进行销售。
- 根据市场情况和酒店需求,为酒店把握最佳机会。
- 监督当天的销售程序,最大限度地提高客房收入并控制酒店的入住率。
- 了解酒店的主要目标客户和服务预期;通过了解客户的业务、业务问题和顾虑,服务他们并在计划//活动之前和期间提供更好的业务解决方案。

**开展日常销售活动**
- 响应活动预订中心相关因素以外的团体/餐饮引入机会。
- 利用谈判技巧和创造性的销售能力,达成业务并洽谈合同。
- 有效运用销售资源和行政/支持人员。
- 执行和支持预订业务的运营方面(例如,生成提案,撰写合同,客户信函)。

**提供卓越的客户服务**
- 支持公司的服务和关系策略,通过在每次客户体验中提供卓越的服务来提高客户忠诚度。
- 为客户服务,以提高市场份额。
- 执行和支持公司客户服务标准和酒店品牌标准。
- 提供符合品牌日常服务基本原则的卓越客户服务。
- 通过在客户的计划/活动之前和期间,协助客户并确保其满意度,执行示范性的客户服务以提升客户满意度和忠诚度。
- 与宴会管理和/或运营部合作,提供超越客户期望的客户体验。
- 为客户关系树立积极的榜样。
- 与客人互动并获得对产品质量和服务水准的反馈。
- 参加总结前后会议以了解团体需求,并获得关于产品质量(如客房、会议设施和设备、餐饮)、服务水平和总体满意度方面的反馈。
- 通过在客户的计划/活动之前和期间,协助客户并确保其满意度,执行示范性的客户服务以提升客户满意度和忠诚度。
- 通过了解客户的需求,并推荐最能满足其需求并超越其预期的相应特色和服务,同时建立关系和维护对公司的忠诚度,为客户提供服务。

**建立成功的关系**
- 与酒店外部的销售渠道(如活动预订中心、市场销售、战略客户)协作,确保销售工作得以协调,并起到补充作用,而非重复。
- 建立并加强与现有和新客户的关系,以实现未来的预订。活动包括销售拜访、娱乐节目、FAM 旅行、贸易展览等。
- 在社区内发展关系,以加强和扩大团体/餐饮销售机会的客户群。
- 管理和建立与主要内部和外部利益相关者的关系。
- 向宴会管理部提供准确、全面和有效的营业额。
