Personal Assistant to Md

MBO Cinema are currently looking for a Personal Assistant to be the supportive force to our Managing Director. The ideal person to fill in this vacancy must be someone with proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills, meticulous attention to detail and excellent in using Microsoft office e.g. excel.
- Fully accountable to support all aspects of the MD’s day-to-day planning and organization of the MD’s calendar and works; including making appointments, travel arrangement, coordinating business schedules, itinerary and general correspondence.
- Assist MD in the preparation of the meeting agendas, presentation, minutes of the meeting, and any other related documents when required.
- Represent the MD to attend any internal meetings or discussions when required, and reporting back to the MD on updates and follow-up items.
- Ensure that all records are kept accurately, up-to-date at all times.
- Plan, coordinate and ensure the MDs schedule is followed & respected; act as a "gatekeeper" and "gateway" role, creating win-win situations for direct access to the MD's time and office.
- Liaise directly with the Group’s employees for follow-through on the tasks assigned by the MD.
- Coordinate with the driver on the MD’s travelling needs and also assist in track and review the driver’s monthly overtime claims.
- Any other ad-hoc projects and task that may be assigned by the MD as and when required.
**Job Requirements**:
- At least of two (2) years working experience in related field.
- Experience in supporting C-level executives with an understanding of the requirements and implications of working for a MD will be an added advantage.
- Strong integrity with the ability to handle confidential information and material with the highest degree of professional responsibility.
- Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
- Have accountability & preferably with proven ability to follow through & complete the task started.
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with the stakeholders, including staff and external parties.
- Highly resourceful, with the ability to be extremely independently
- Excellent in written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Pleasant personality and able to project professional appearance and image that represents the MD’s office at all times.
- Preferably with own transport as mínimal travel may be required.
**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
