Trainer English

Our client is looking for an English Trainer to develop and deliver engaging Yellow Belt Lean Six Sigma training sessions to individuals and teams.
He is to:
- Create instructional materials, presentations, and exercises to effectively convey Lean Six Sigma principles and tools.
- Facilitate interactive discussions and activities to reinforce learning objectives and encourage participation.
- Assess participants’ understanding and progress through quizzes, assignments, and practical exercises.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to tailor training content to specific organizational needs and objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in Lean Six Sigma methodology to continuously enhance training effectiveness.
**Requirements**:
A. Minimum Education Requirement
- Degree in any discipline
B. Minimum Relevant Work Experience
- 3 years customer service experience with minimum 2 years training experience
C. Minimum Training Required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar software for creating training materials and presentations.
- Ability to adapt training approaches and materials to meet the needs of different learning styles and experience levels.
D. Skills
- Language proficiency in English is mandatory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar software for creating training materials and presentations.
- Ability to adapt training approaches and materials to meet the needs of different learning styles and experience levels.
E. Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Lean Six Sigma trainer or instructor, delivering Yellow Belt training sessions.
- Certificate as a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
- Experience working in industries such as healthcare, finance, or service sectors where Lean Six Sigma is commonly
applied.
Minimum Skills to Hire:
- Previous experience as trainer or instructor
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
- Strong facilitation skills, with the ability to engage participants and foster a collaborative learning environment.
Pay: RM1,629.18 - RM7,000.64 per month
