Cantonese Speaking Customer Service Officer

Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Officer specializing in Business Partners Services. This role requires fluency in Cantonese and excellent communication skills in both Cantonese and English.
As a Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our business partners. You will serve as the main point of contact for all their inquiries, requests, and concerns. Your goal will be to build strong and lasting relationships with our business partners and ensure their satisfaction with our services.
**Responsibilities**:
2. Understand the needs and expectations of business partners, providing tailored solutions and assistance to meet their specific requirements.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners to foster trust and loyalty, offering personalized and exceptional service.
4. Act as a liaison between business partners and internal departments, ensuring effective communication and collaboration to resolve any issues and provide timely solutions.
5. Provide product knowledge and educate business partners on available services and features, promoting business growth and partnership development.
6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with business partners using our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
7. Collaborate with other customer service officers and team members to share knowledge, best practices, and ensure consistent service delivery.
8. Continuously update and improve knowledge of products, services, and industry trends to better assist business partners and provide excellent support.
9. Handle any complaints or escalations from business partners, investigating and resolving issues while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
10. Proactively identify opportunities to improve business processes, customer experience, and overall satisfaction and communicate these suggestions to the management team.
**Requirements**:
- Fluent in Cantonese and English (both written and verbal) is essential.
- Prior experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to actively listen and understand customer needs.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to think quickly and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- A high level of patience and resilience in handling challenging situations.
- Proficient in using computer systems and customer management software (e.g., CRM, ERP).
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as needed.
**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
