Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver world-class customer service while responding to customer inquiries and
- concerns via the chat channel
- Address travel-related questions and issues communicated through chat.
- Assist customers with upgrade requests, baggage inquiries, delays, and cancellations.
- Build meaningful relationships with our customers through a consultative approach
- Respond and manage customer feedback and complaints
**Requirements**:
- Required language(s): Proficient in English (written and spoken)
- Must atleast have 6 months experience in bpo industry
**Experience in the airlines/aviation industry will be an added advantage**
