Customer Service Officer

**Job Responsibility**:
- Maintaining a positive and professional demeanour in all customer interactions
- Follow up with customers to ensure job satisfaction and build strong relationships.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
- Continuously acquire knowledge about products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
- Provide feedback to management on customer concerns and areas for improvement.
- Prepare and follow up quotation for confirmation of order
- Follow up and correspond with branch offices and East Malaysia business partners on service jobs status
- To ensure accurately and timely billing and costing.
- To charge in and charge out billing items correctly to reflect actual costing
- Assist the Service Manager in preparing technical report and any other related reports
- To provide feedback and suggestion to improve the workflow process internally.
- To ensure collection up to date and healthy credit control practice.
- To assist in sourcing and procurement of spare parts
- To perform such other related duties which may be assigned from time to time by the management or designated representative
**Requirements**:
Minimum with SPM/ Diploma or equivalent in any field of study.
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service role preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Self-motivated, teamwork, independent, punctual and reliable with a strong working ethic.
**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
