Big Tree Global Network is an innovative IDC service provider that focuses on high-defense global network infrastructure as well as cloud computing, offering a comprehensive solution that can help clients achieve optimal performance, reliability, and scalability for their digital assets.

CSRs will be responsible for all aspects of customer service inquiries. These include handling overall product and service general inquiries, purchase/reload transaction status inquiries, account inquiries, and all other product and service issues following the company’s terms of service and policies. Here are some of the responsibilities you may have:
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Fully documents customer interactions in real-time
- Solve problems within defined quality standards using a basic understanding of products, solutions, and customer environments
- Troubleshooting technical issues and resolving customer complaints
- Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to customers
- Working collaboratively with related support team
- Familiarizes oneself with new technologies, products, and platforms (product training will be provided from time to time)
- Adhering to company policies and procedures related to customer service, data privacy, and security

**QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS**:

- **Language proficiency in both written and spoken English; Fluency in Mandarin would be an advantage**:

- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a flexible approach to working in a team
- Must be able to work on **rotating shifts as needed (weekdays, weekends, **and **public holidays)**:

- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Basic level of computer proficiency
- Knowledge and practical experience of cloud solutions are an added advantage
- Customer service experience in a contact center or e-commerce setting is preferred but not always required
