1. Generating appointment booking report.

2. Request for Tax invoices, K1 & K2 forms for orders to be delivered to FTZ areas.

3. SMS to consumer orders and call for corporate orders.

4. Managing exceptions & orders rescheduling appointment.

5. Order status search (status updating).

7. Follow up with transport dept on delivery status.

8. Merging of console orders.

9. Preparing gate pass for Thailand & Singapore Dell Spare.

10. Preparing gate pass & manual d/o for DHL Dell Spare.

11. Truck booking for DHL Dell Spare shipment.

12. Create LFR Dell Spare & DHL shipment.

13. Create outbound trip id according to delivery zones.

14. Upload POD for DHL shipment (P1P3) into TX3.

15. Upload POD for P2 into TX3.

16. Preparing MDO for return PGN for P2 orders.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum SPM / DIPLOMA with 2 years working experience (preferably in related field).
- Computer literate with working knowledge in MS Excel and Outlook.
- Customer Service oriented with Phone communication skills.
- Able to communicate, read and write in basic English.
