**About the job**

**Responsibilities**
- To assist the Group Managing Director in coordinating and managing of matters within Director’s Office, inter-departmental communications and scheduling.
- To coordinate all matters under Director’s Office, which includes matters in relations to Business Development and others.
- To attend any internal and external meetings with employees, clients, suppliers, etc. as assigned.
- To prepare minutes of meeting and distribute to respective parties for following up on matters discussed.
- To prepare and issue Internal Memo to respective stakeholders on decisions made by Management.
- Follow up with stakeholders and send out reminders on progress and updates on actions required as discussed during meetings. Act as point of contact between stakeholders and Group Managing Director.
- To assist in the scheduling of internal and external meetings of Group Managing Director.
- To provide reminders to Group Managing Director on outstanding matters that require actions and any other matters related to him/her.
- To assist in making travel arrangements as and when required.
- Any other tasks as assigned.

**Qualifications**
- Diploma/Professional Degree in any disciple.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Minimum 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Strong communications, analytical and organizational skills and attention to details
- Organized, disciplined, self-driven and self-aware with a track record of integrity, commitment, courage and performance.

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
