**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare monthly users’ charging lists for submission to Finance for invoicing.
- Assist in the preparation of services costing and budget compilation.
- Manage the life cycle of IT procurement from preparation of requisition until delivery and payment.
- Maintain the master listing of agreements & renewals to ensure all services with valid agreements.
- Coordinate with various parties for signing and distribution of agreements including upload to system for approval.
- Responsible for maintaining day to day of office administration, not limited to training related matters, track leave record, meal card usage, schedule appointments and hotel room reservation.
- Maintain office stationary stock level.
- The incumbent must be highly independent & resourceful in the day-to-day administrative cum secretarial work as well as providing support to the Head of Department.
- Perform any ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by superior.

**Requirements**:

- A degree in Business Administration.
- Fresh graduate is welcome.
- Ability to work independently.
- An active listener in order to comprehend required duties and quickly understand the best method for completion.
- Possess a mature personality and able to work independently.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
