**Responsibilities**:
1. Coordinate and schedule calendar appointments
2. Manage all incoming and outgoing communications
3. Run errands as requested
5. Help with daily time management
**Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent
2. Ability to handle multiple tasks while staying organized
3. Ability to travel
4. Strong time-management and organizations skills
5. Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
