Human Resource Assistant

**Responsibilities**:
- Assist HR Executive in recruitment process, developing and implementing effective HR policies, procedures and regulations.
- Oversee and manage employer-employee relationships
- Compile and update employee records
- Assist in payroll preparations
- Track the KPI/Operation matrix for reporting
- Classifying expenses, prepayments, cross quarter reservations etc.
- Any ad hoc tasks assigned from management from time to time
**Job Requirements**:
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or its equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Strong communication skills, interpersonal and people skills.
- Understanding on employment laws and regulations
- High level of integrity and sense of responsibility with commitment to good governance
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kuching: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Human Resources: 3 years (preferred)
- Human Resources Management: 3 years (preferred)
**Language**:
- Mandarin (preferred)
- Bahasa (preferred)
