**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
1. Responsible to handle the following portfolios:
a) Building repair & maintenance i.e. air-cond, lift, lighting, exhaust fans, office furniture, telephone line, work-station for newly recruited staff, etc and coordinate on repair & maintenance cleaning schedule with Maintenance personnel.

b) Handle all Company licences renewal such as MPSJ, Diesel permit, CIDB, MEF, FMM, etc.

c) Purchase and issuance of company T-shirt and PPE to employees.

d) Company Maxis lines and maintain/update a summary record of each month consumption.

e) Company Shell Fuel cards and maintain/update a summary record of each month consumption.

f) Administer air-ticket bookings for Sales & Marketing department and verify Tax Invoices prior to Management approval.

g) Application of Visa & APEC

h) Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by Manager, Human Resource & Administration

2. Prepare Purchase Orders (PO) and verify the information versus Tax Invoice prior to Management approval.

3. Assist in the issuance of T-shirt, PPE, etc to respective departments and maintain stock inventory record for Manager, Human Resource & Administration verification.

4. Source quotations and work out price comparison for non-trade items or services as and when required by the Management.

5. Assist to arrange meal refreshment for EXCO meeting, Board meeting, etc.

7. To lead and organize Friday Session as and when assigned by Manager, Human Resource & Administration.

8. Responsible to update and maintain the Asset listing and notify Accounts to ensure that all company asset record for Lot 873 and Lot 875 are up-dated accordingly.

9. Update & maintain office keys for Lot 873 and Lot 875 and extend the keys to Heads of Department, as and when there is a need arises.

10. The above job description is by no mean exhaustive. Additional responsibilities may be given to you as and when it is deemed necessary.

**EXPERIENCE / SKILLS REQUIRED**:
1. At least 2 - 3 years working experience in related field.

2. Minimum Diploma qualification.

3. Good communication skills and able to converse in English and Bahasa Melayu.

4. Computer literate and good administration skills.
