- 確保所有分配的工作活動和操作順利、及時地進行並符合公司的要求;
- 監控人工交貨單的使用和發出;
- 審查每月的殼牌汽油交易;
- 作為人力資源窗口,負責所有人力資源和行政相關事務,例如進行新員工入職培訓,準備、檢查和驗證出勤報告、差旅佣金和加班報告,安排辦公設備、資產和設備的維護服務車輛,監控和更新營業執照/退出租金/評估/路稅等,並為離職員工準備離職員工清單並收集所有公司財產;
- 作為IT窗口並協助IT部門處理所有IT相關問題;
- 負責文具、行政用品、雜貨和員工茶點的訂購和分發;
- 準備、監控並向總部提交非貿易帳單/發票 - 付款帳戶;
- 審核並提交銷售人員每月費用報銷;
- 負責分行小額現金報銷工作(包括輸入系統);
- 安排現金和支票存入銀行以及系統關閉客戶付款;
- 檢查和審查 PCR/退貨單並監控 AX 系統中待處理的退貨單並提交工作流程以獲得所需審批者的批准;
- 簽發貸方票據和/或借方票據;
- 在 AX 系統中監控現金銷售/COD1 帳戶的付款;
- 必要時承擔上級指派的任何其他臨時任務或職責。

要求:
- 商業研究/行政/管理/行銷文憑或同等學歷和/或至少5年工作經驗;
- 具備電腦知識並具備良好的 Microsoft Office 或同等技能;
- 有責任心、上進心、組織嚴密、一絲不苟;
- 能夠用華語、英語和馬來語溝通;
- 願意出差。
