**Job description**
- Basic Salary - RM1600
- Attendance allowance : RM100
- Location : Shah Alam Sek 22
- Working hours : 9am - 6pm
**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Perform operational responsibilities for business process outsourcing projects assigned by the immediate superior / team manager.
- Operates within the requirements of Safety, Security and Environment Policy, Quality Systems, Company Guidelines, applicable Procedures, and budget.
**WHAT YOU WILL DO**
- Perform the operational responsibilities assigned by the immediate superior / team manager according to agreed standard operating procedures.
- Execute assigned tasks, maintain activity records, and assist with the monitoring of processes to meet Service Level Agreements (SLA’s).
- Communicate and work with the team to meet customer expectations and department KPI / Goals.
- Escalate issues to immediate superior as they arise.
- To perform other responsibilities and duties this may be assigned from time to time in order to meet DMS operational and/or other requirements
**WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO OUR ROLE**
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Proficient in Microsoft Word
- Software experience relevant to the project
- Able to contribute and work in a self-managed cross disciplined team environment
