**Responsibilities**:
- Planning, organizing, and controlling the activities and actions of HR department.
- Enhancing the maintenance and updating the company’s handbook on policies and procedures.
- Conducting new employee orientations and employee relations counselling, and advising employees and managers on company policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Maintaining company directory and other organization charts.
- Training arrangement.
- Ensuring compliance with compensation guidelines and legal regulations, and participating in compensation surveys to benchmark against industry standards.
- Overseeing recruitment efforts for all the personnel, including writing and placing job ads.
- Staying informed about labor laws and regulations to ensure company-wide compliance.
- Handling of company personnel procedures and system data maintenance.
- Salary calculation process and the salary system.
**Requirements**:
- A Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant work experience may substitute for formal education.
- Min 2-3 years of HR experiences. Previous managerial or supervisory experience is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with internal teams, customers, and management.
- Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in Mandarin as the role require to liaise with HQ China.
- Extremely strong resistance to pressure
- Familiarity with HR software, Microsoft Office suite, and data analytics tools.
**Job Type**: Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
