Assist Contract Manager
- Preparing tenders for Clients related to Contractual and claim issues.
- Meeting with the Clients related to Contractual and claim issues.
- Produce Project budgets
- Discussing, drafting, reviewing and negotiating the terms of business contracts
- Agreeing budgets with the clients
- Managing construction budgets
- Dealing with any unexpected costs
- Liaising with technical and financial staff, sub-contractors, legal teams and the client’s representatives

**Job Requirement**
- Degree in Quality Surveying or Construction Management
- Minimum **10 - 15 years** of working experience in construction industry.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Hand on information.
- Able to meet the date line.

**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
