**Role Overview**
As a Strategy and Operations Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic direction and operational efficiency of the organization. This position requires a combination of strategic thinking, operational expertise, and leadership skills to align business objectives with effective day-to-day processes.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop, implement, and refine the organization's overall strategic plan in collaboration with executive leadership.
- Conduct market analysis, competitive assessments, and identify growth opportunities.
- Streamline and optimize internal processes to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Work with department heads to identify bottlenecks and implement solutions for process improvement.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of strategic initiatives.
- Analyze data and provide regular reports to leadership on the performance of the organization against strategic goals.
- Lead and facilitate organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and adoption of new strategies.
- Allocate resources effectively to support key initiatives and maximize ROI.
- Identify potential risks to the organization's strategy and operations.
- Develop and implement risk mitigation plans in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Advanced degree (MBA) is a plus.
- Proven experience in strategic planning, operations management, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships across different departments.
- Leadership experience with a focus on inspiring and developing teams.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies.
