**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **E-commerce Management**:

- Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to increase online bookings and enhance the digital presence of The RIYAZ Lavanya.
- Oversee the hotel's website, ensuring it is user-friendly, up-to-date, and optimized for conversions.
- Manage online travel agency (OTA) listings and ensure accurate and compelling content.
- **Revenue Management**:

- Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximize room revenue and occupancy rates.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and demand patterns to inform pricing decisions.
- Manage room inventory and distribution channels to optimize availability and pricing across all sales platforms.
- Conduct regular revenue forecasts and performance analyses to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- **Data Analysis and Reporting**:

- Utilize revenue management systems and analytics tools to track and report on e-commerce performance, booking trends, and customer behavior.
- Prepare and present regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), revenue metrics, and campaign effectiveness.
- Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- **Collaboration and Coordination**:

- Work closely with the sales, marketing, and reservations teams to align e-commerce and revenue strategies with overall business objectives.
- Coordinate with IT and web development teams to ensure the seamless operation of the hotel's online booking platforms.
- Build and maintain relationships with OTAs, third-party vendors, and partners to expand the hotel’s online reach.
- **Customer Experience**:

- Monitor and enhance the online customer journey, ensuring a seamless and satisfying booking experience.
- Address guest feedback and issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce management, revenue management, or a related role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of online marketing, SEO, PPC, and digital analytics specific to the hospitality sector.
- Proficiency in hotel management systems, revenue management software, and e-commerce platforms.
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in hospitality e-commerce and revenue management.
