**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Client Relationship Management**: Develop and maintain relationships with key clients including supermarket chains, fruit parlours owners and online influencers on platforms like TikTok. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns and providing exceptional customer service.

2. **Sales Generation**: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to promote and sell our fresh fruit and beverage products. This includes prospecting for new clients, cold calling, attending networking events and leveraging online platforms to showcase our offerings and attract potential customers.

3. **Product promotion**: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute sales strategies, promotional campaigns and product demonstrations aimed at increasing product visibility and driving sales. Utilize your knowledge of our products and their benefits to effectively communicate with clients and persuade them to purchase.

4. **Market analysis**: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape and consumer preferences. Use insights gathered to adjust sales strategies, identify opportunities for growth and stay ahead of competitors in the industry.

5. **Order Management**: Manage the sales process form order placement to delivery, ensuring accurate order fulfillment and timely delivery of products to clients. Coordinate with internal teams such as logistics and operations to ensure seamless order processing and customer satisfaction.

6. **Sales Reporting**: Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts and performance metrics to track progress against targets and provide regular updates to management. Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement and make recommendations for strategic adjustments as needed.

7. **Customer Feedback**: Gather feedback from clients regarding product satisfaction, service quality and overall experience. Use feedback to address any issues or concerns promptly, improve customer satisfaction and strengthen client relationships.

**Job requirements**:
1. Minimum 3 years of similar working experience.

2. Bachelor’s Degree/ Master’s Degree specialize in Business Administration/ Marketing or equivalent.

3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.

4. Flexibility to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.

5. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the food and beverage industry.

6. Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques and practices.

7. Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

8. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.

9. Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
