The Inventory Administrator is responsible for managing and maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of goods. This role involves regular monitoring of inventory levels, coordinating with various departments to meet their inventory needs, and implementing inventory control procedures to minimize discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records in the inventory management system.
- Monitor stock levels and perform regular inventory audits to ensure data accuracy.
- Track inventory movement, including receiving, storing, and issuing goods.
- Oversee the receipt of goods, verifying quantities and quality against purchase orders.
- Ensure proper labeling, storage, and organization of inventory in designated areas.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely delivery of goods.
- Process and fulfill internal and external inventory requests promptly.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely distribution of inventory items.
- Prepare and pack items for shipment, ensuring proper documentation.
- Implement and enforce inventory control procedures to prevent discrepancies and losses.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and report any issues to management.
- Conduct periodic physical inventory counts and reconcile with system records.
- Generate inventory reports, including stock levels, usage, and turnover rates.
- Analyze inventory data to identify trends and make recommendations for inventory optimization.
- Provide regular updates and reports to management on inventory status.
- Collaborate with procurement, production, sales, and other departments to understand inventory needs and priorities.
- Communicate effectively with team members, suppliers, and vendors regarding inventory matters.
- Assist in training staff on inventory procedures and best practices.
- **Qualification and skills**:_
- Have knowledge in Microsoft Office
- Have experience in using _**AUTOCOUNT system/other accounting system**_ will be beneficial
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a production or manufacturing environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
