**Job Summary**:
As a Mobile IT Technical Customer Service Representative, you will be the bridge between our cutting-edge mobile technology and our diverse user base. Your primary focus will be to provide exceptional technical support, troubleshoot mobile-related issues, and ensure our users have a seamless digital experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Become an expert in our mobile technology to assist users with technical issues and inquiries.
- Provide step-by-step guidance on mobile device setup, software installations, and troubleshooting procedures.

- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems.
- **Customer Engagement**:

- Foster positive customer relationships by actively listening, empathizing, and delivering solutions promptly.
- **Knowledge Base Enhancement**:

- Contribute to the development of a comprehensive knowledge base for technical support.
- Create user-friendly guides and tutorials to empower users to troubleshoot common issues independently.

- Actively participate in training sessions to enhance technical and customer service skills.

**Qualifications**:

- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in mobile technical support or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on providing clear and concise technical instructions.
- Patience and empathy to effectively assist users with varying technical abilities.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
