**; Requirements**:
- SPM/STPM/diploma/degree holder preferably with at least 1 year experience in customer service, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Pleasant personality with good communication skills
- Experienced in Windows operating systems
- Positive attitude and a team player with a passion for delivering world class customer service
- Willing to work in a shift environment (24/7 operations)
- Ability to work under pressure to meet or exceed set performance standards
